Section 380-X-6-.03 - Exception Under Section34-12-2(3) Construed

It shall be the policy of the Board under Code of Ala. 1975, § 34-12-2(3) that: The exception allowing for work performed under supervision of a licensed forester excludes the work only and does not permit the public use of the title forester for those being supervised.
