Section 364-X-12-.02 - Issuance(1) An interim permit for comity will be effective for an aggregate of ninety (90) days in any one- (2) While practicing under an interim permit in the State, the holder thereof will affix to all plans and documents for use and execution in this State, the seal or stamp required in the state in which he/she is licensed or registered, with the added notation: "Practicing in the State of Alabama under Interim Permit No....."Ala.
