Section 305-5-1-.26 - Section 504 Of The Rehabilitation Act Of 1973 As Amended

This act which provides that no otherwise qualified handicapped individual shall solely by reason of his/her handicap be excluded from the participation in, be denied benefits of, or be discriminated against under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance, was adopted by reference by the OSPFP Division.
