This handbook which consolidates in one document basic HUD rules governing real property acquisition and relocation under HUD-assisted programs was adopted by reference by the OSPFP Division. It includes HUD regulations ( 24 CFR 42) that implement the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (Uniform Act) and special program rules.
