Section 105-X-1-.08 - Review Procedure(1) Merit awards will be made at annual meetings of the Association of Alabama Fairs, but no checks will be presented at that time.(2) Any reconsideration of these awards must be filed with the Agricultural Center Board no later than 15 days following the association's annual meeting. If no reconsideration request is filed, then the checks will be promptly processed and sent out.(3) If a request for reconsideration is timely filed, the Center Board will review said request. The Board shall have final authority and may, in its discretion, make any change in awards which the Board feels is warranted. The Board shall resolve all requests for reconsideration within 30 days and the checks will be presented promptly thereafter. Author: Charles H. Barnes
