Section 105-X-1-.07 - Fair Evaluation And Merit Awards(1) The points granted to each fair under the provisions of Rule No. 105-X-1-.02 will be used to determine which fair shall receive the state championship award, superior awards, excellent awards and standard awards under Code of Ala. 1975, § 2-7-28.(2) Fairs receiving point scores of 78 or above are deemed superior fairs. Fairs receiving point scores of 66-77 are deemed excellent fairs. Fairs receiving point scores of 50-65 are deemed standard fairs. These determinations will be used to distribute the funds as provided under § 2-7-28. Author: Charles H. Barnes
