Section 33-49-110 - Hearings and investigations(a) Upon receiving a complaint charging a licensee or applicant with any act prohibited by this chapter, the board may conduct an investigation. If the board finds reasonable grounds to substantiate the allegations of the complaint, a time and place for a hearing shall be set, notice of which shall be served on the licensee or applicant at least fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the hearing. The notice shall be by personal service or by certified or registered mail sent to the last known address of the licensee or applicant.(b) The board may issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses and the production of necessary evidence in any hearing before it. Upon request of the respondent or his counsel, the board shall issue subpoenas on behalf of the respondent.(c) Hearings under this section shall be held in accordance with, and a person aggrieved by a decision of the board may take an appeal pursuant to, the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act.Added by Laws 2017, ch. 134,§ 1, eff. 3/3/2017.
