Section 33-24-151 - Substitution not considered practice of medicine; individual causes of action(a) The substitution of any dangerous substance by a registered pharmacist or a registered pharmacy intern under his supervision does not under this act constitute the practice of medicine.(b) This act shall not be construed to deny any individual a cause of action against a pharmacist or his employer for violations of this act, including failure to observe accepted standards of care of the pharmaceutical profession.Amended by Laws 2022 , ch. 7, § 1, eff. 7/1/2022.
