Section 24-13-104 - Applicability of chapter(a) This chapter does not apply to any taking or damaging of property for which a utility is entitled to compensation pursuant to: (i) Other applicable law; (ii) The constitution of this state or of the United States; or (iii) A binding agreement inuring to the utility's benefit.
