Section 17-32-103 - Governing law; territorial application(a) The law of this state governs any decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association that is formed in this state.(b) A decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association's governing principles shall identify the jurisdiction in which the decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association is formed.Added by Laws 2024, ch. 50,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2024.
