Section 17-31-107 - Amendment or restatement of articles of organization(a) Articles of organization shall be amended when:(i) There is a change in the name of the decentralized autonomous organization;(ii) There is a false or erroneous statement in the articles of organization; (iii) The decentralized autonomous organization's smart contracts have been updated or changed; or(iv) The publicly available identifier has changed.Amended by Laws 2023, ch. 108,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2023.Added by Laws 2021 , ch. 162, § 1, eff. 7/1/2021.
