Section 16.977 - Information technology portfolio managementWith the assistance of executive branch agencies, other than the board of regents of the University of Wisconsin System, the department shall manage the information technology portfolio of executive branch agencies, other than the board of regents of the University of Wisconsin System, in accordance with a management structure that includes all of the following:
