Section 15.103 - Same; specified divisions(1) DIVISION OF HEARINGS AND APPEALS. There is created a division of hearings and appeals which is attached to the department of administration under s. 15.03 . The administrator of the division shall be appointed by the secretary of administration in the classified service.(1g) DIVISION OF LEGAL SERVICES. There is created in the department of administration a division of legal services.(1m) DIVISION OF GAMING. There is created in the department of administration a division of gaming.(4) DIVISION OF TRUST LANDS AND INVESTMENTS. There is created a division of trust lands and investments which is attached to the department of administration under s. 15.03 . This division is under the direction and supervision of the board of commissioners of public lands.(5) DIVISION OF ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY. There is created in the department of administration a division of enterprise technology.(6m) DIVISION OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT. There is created in the department of administration a division of personnel management.
