Section 812.24 - Penalties(1) Any creditor who violates s. 812.01(3) or 812.02(2) shall forfeit not more than $100 which forfeiture shall be paid to the county treasurer.(2) The court before which the garnishment action is pending shall have summary jurisdiction under this section.Sup.
