Section 94.675 - Pesticides; adulteration A pesticide is adulterated:
(1) If its strength, quality, purity or effectiveness falls below the standards expressed on the label.(2) If any substance has been substituted wholly or in part for the articles.(3) If any valuable constituent of the article has been wholly or in part abstracted.(4) If it does not bear an identifying label or it does not conform to the name or description of ingredients given on the label.
