Section 53-8-15 - Rules and forms(a)Authorized. -- The Supreme Court of Appeals may adopt rules and forms to implement the provisions of this article.(b)Petition form. -- (1) The Supreme Court of Appeals is requested to adopt a form for a petition under this article.(2) A petition form shall contain notice to a petitioner that an individual who knowingly provides false information in a petition filed under this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to the penalties specified in section four of this article.Added by 2012 Acts, ch. 137 (SB 191), eff. 6/5/2012.
