Section 30-32-11 - Provisional licenses(a) The board may issue a provisional license to an applicant who is in the process of obtaining postgraduate professional experience and who: (1) Meets the academic, practicum, and examination requirements of this article;(2) Submits an application to the board, upon a form prescribed by the board, including a plan for the content of the postgraduate professional experience; and(b) A provisional licensee may practice speech-language pathology or audiology under the general supervision of a licensed speech pathologist or audiologist only in the professional field for which the provisional license was issued.(c) The provisional license shall be valid for a term of one year and may be renewed.Amended by 2013 Acts, ch. 154 (HB 2531), eff. 4/13/2013.
