Section 3604 - Rights of early care and education providersEarly care and education providers shall have the right to:
(1) organize, form, join, or assist any union or labor organization for the purpose of collective bargaining without any interference, restraint, or coercion;(2) bargain collectively through a representative of their own choice;(3) engage in concerted activities for the purpose of supporting or engaging in collective bargaining;(4) pursue grievances through the exclusive representative as negotiated pursuant to this chapter; and(5) refrain from any or all such activities.Added 2013, No. 187 (Adj.
