Section 501 - DefinitionsAs used in this chapter:
(1) "Commission" shall mean the Public Utility Commission.(2) "Cable television system" means facilities by which television signals are received at a central location and for consideration are transmitted to customers or subscribers by means of cables or wires.(3) "Company" or "companies" means persons, partnerships, associations, corporations, including a municipality authorized under section 513 of this title, owning or operating a cable television system, except nonprofit systems serving fewer than 100 subscribers.Added 1969, No. 167 (Adj.
