Section 2-116 - Easement rights(a) Subject to the declaration, a declarant has such easement through the common elements as may be reasonably necessary for the purpose of discharging a declarant's obligations or exercising special declarant rights, whether arising under this title or reserved in the declaration.(b) Subject to subdivision 3-102(a)(6) and section 3-112 of this title, the unit owners have an easement in the common elements for access to their units.(c) Subject to the declaration and the rules, the owners have a right to use the common elements that are not limited common elements and all real estate that must become common elements for the purposes for which they were intended.Added 1997, No. 104 (Adj.
