Section 5104 - ExceptionsThis chapter does not prohibit:
(1) the furnishing of assistance in the case of an emergency or disaster; or(2) a person not licensed under this chapter from working under the direct or indirect supervision of a pollution abatement facility operator, where such employment is consistent with the terms, conditions, and intent of a facility's permit.Added 2015, No. 156 (Adj.
