(a) Licenses and registrations shall be renewed every two years upon payment of the required fee.(c) As a condition of renewal, a licensee or registrant shall submit to the Director proof of at least three hours of continuing education in the area of universal precautions and infectious diseases.Added 1995, No. 79 (Adj.
