(a) Any person who not being licensed holds himself or herself out to the public as being licensed under this chapter shall be liable for a fine of not more than $10,000.00.(b) In addition to the penalty provided in subsection (a) of this section, the Attorney General or a State's Attorney may bring a civil action to restrain continuing violations of this section.Added 1981, No. 100, § 15; amended 1985, No. 208 (Adj.
