(a) Except as otherwise provided herein, each member of the Board of Supervisors shall be entitled to cast one vote.(b) The vote of the Board of Supervisors approving the siting of any solid waste disposal facility shall require an affirmative recorded vote of the Supervisor representing the town or city in which such facility is to be located, in addition to approval by two-thirds vote of the entire Board.24 Appendix V.S.A. § 413-208
