Section 127-504 - Record of proceedings(a) It shall be the duty of the Selectboard to keep an official record of its proceedings that shall be open for public inspection.(b) The minutes of each meeting shall be approved by the Selectboard. The official copy shall be filed in the Town Clerk's office and copies in the public library in East Middlebury and the Ilsley Library.24 Appendix V.S.A. § 127-504
