Section 126-32 - Selectboard; organization(a) Immediately after the annual Town meeting, the Selectboard shall elect a chair and a vice chair by vote of the majority of the entire Selectboard.(b) The Chair, or in the Chair's absence the Vice Chair, shall preside at all meetings of the Selectboard.24 Appendix V.S.A. § 126-32
