Section 4236 - Manufacture or cultivation(a) A person knowingly and unlawfully manufacturing or cultivating a regulated drug shall be imprisoned not more than 20 years or fined not more than $1,000,000.00, or both.(b) This section shall not apply to the cultivation of cannabis.Added 1989, No. 100, § 7.
