Section 383 - Shipping of animals(a) There shall be separation of livestock species, as defined in 6 V.S.A. § 761, when these animals are transported by either rail or truck.(b) Failure to provide such separation shall be a violation of subdivisions 352(3) and (4) of this title.Added 1989, No. 270 (Adj.
