Section 1677 - Inspection and application for search warrants
Any health officer or municipal board of health is authorized:
(1) to inspect public water sources, public water systems, or public water source protection areas, pursuant to 18 V.S.A. § 107; and(2) to apply for search warrants pursuant to 18 V.S.A. § 121.
