Section 6553 - Powers of the Secretary(a) The Secretary shall:(1) establish and maintain a register of fragile areas, including status, current ownership, and size of each area; and(2) adopt stewardship guidelines for maintenance and protection of registered fragile areas on private and State-owned lands.(b) Actions by the Secretary shall be made pursuant to 3 V.S.A. chapter 25.Added 1977, No. 129 (Adj.
