Section 9-21-201 - Creation(1) There is created within the department the Division of Multicultural Affairs under the administration and general supervision of the executive director.(2) The division shall be under the policy direction of the executive director in consultation with the director and the commission.Added by Chapter 221, 2019 General Session ,§ 38, eff. 5/14/2019.
