Section 81-2-208 - Confidentiality of information obtained under counseling provisions(1) Except for the information required or to be required on the marriage license application form, any information given by a marriage license applicant in compliance with this part:(a) shall be confidential information; and(b) may not be released by any person, board, commission, or other entity.(2) Notwithstanding Subsection (1), the premarital counseling board or board of commissioners may use the information given by a marriage license applicant, without identification of individuals, to compile and release statistical data.Renumbered from § 30-1-37 and amended by Chapter 366, 2024 General Session ,§ 76, eff. 9/1/2024.Amended by Chapter 297, 2011, 2011 General Session
