Section 63L-8-310 - Grazing Land Fund(1) There is created an expendable special revenue fund known as the "Grazing Land Fund."(2) The fund shall consist of: (a) money received from grazing fees, as described in Section 63L-8-402;(b) money voluntarily donated or contributed to the fund; and(c) interest earned on the fund.(3) The DLM may expend money in the fund for: (a) on-the-ground range rehabilitation, protection, and improvements on public land that is grazed;(b) seeding and reseeding;(f) fish and wildlife habitat enhancement;(g) wildfire suppression; and(h) overhead and direct costs associated with rangeland and grazing management.
