Section 63L-7-109 - Annual reports(1) The director of PLPCO shall report to the governor, for transmission to the Legislature, on: (a) the status of the Utah wilderness preservation system;(b) regulations in effect; and(c) other pertinent information.(2) The director of PLPCO shall report any recommendations for future action to the Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Interim Committee by November 30 of each year.Added by Chapter 323, 2014 General Session ,§ 9, eff. 5/13/2014.
