Section 53F-9-306 - Teacher and Student Success Account(1) As used in this section, "account" means the Teacher and Student Success Account created in this section.(2) There is created within the Income Tax Fund a restricted account known as the "Teacher and Student Success Account."(3) The account shall be funded by: (a) amounts deposited into the account in accordance with Section 53F-2-301; and(b) other legislative appropriations.(4) The account shall earn interest.(5) Interest earned on the account shall be deposited into the account.(6) The Legislature shall appropriate money in the account to the state board.Amended by Chapter 7, 2023 General Session ,§ 9, eff. 7/1/2023.Amended by Chapter 456, 2022 General Session ,§ 19, eff. 3/24/2022.Amended by Chapter 186, 2019 General Session ,§ 303, eff. 5/14/2019.Added by Chapter 456, 2018 General Session ,§ 22, eff. 5/8/2018, op. 1/1/2018.Affected by 63I-2-253 on 7/1/2023
