Section 53-2d-806 - Education and training(1) The office shall work in cooperation with federal, state, and local agencies and schools, to encourage individuals to complete courses on the administration of CPR and the use of an AED.(2) A person who owns or leases an AED shall encourage each individual who is likely to use the AED to complete courses on the administration of CPR and the use of an AED.Renumbered from §26-8b-401 and amended by Chapter 310, 2023 General Session ,§ 91, eff. 7/1/2024.Renumbered as §26B-4-307 by Chapter 307, 2023 General Session ,§ 107, eff. 5/3/2023.Enacted by Chapter 22, 2009 General Session.
