Section 41-1a-1610 - Sponsored Special Group License Plate Fund(1) As used in this section, "fund" means the Sponsored Special Group License Plate Fund created in Subsection (2).(2) There is created an expendable special revenue fund known as the "Sponsored Special Group License Plate Fund."(3) The fund consists of all required contributions the division collects under this part.(4) The division shall, at least annually, disburse to each sponsoring organization any money, less any fees or actual administrative costs associated with issuing a sponsoring organization's sponsored special group license plate, from the fund.Added by Chapter 33, 2023 General Session ,§ 30, eff. 1/1/2024.
