Section 41-1a-1602 - Sponsored special group license plate program(1) The division shall establish and administer a sponsored special group license plate program as described in this part.(2) The division shall issue to an applicant who satisfies the requirements of this part one of the following: (a) a collegiate special group license plate;(b) a private nonprofit special group license plate;(c) a state agency support special group license plate; or(d) a state agency recognition special group license plate.Added by Chapter 33, 2023 General Session ,§ 22, eff. 1/1/2024.
