Section 26B-5-103 - Director - Qualifications(1) The executive director shall appoint a director within the division to carry out all or part of the duties and responsibilities described in this part.(2) The director appointed under Subsection (1) shall have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, be experienced in administration, and be knowledgeable in matters concerning substance use and mental health.Renumbered from § 62A-15-104 and amended by Chapter 308, 2023 General Session ,§ 3, eff. 5/3/2023.Amended by Chapter 255, 2022 General Session ,§ 94, eff. 7/1/2022.Amended by Chapter 75, 2009 General Session.
