Section 26B-4-244 - [Multiple versions] Government issued photo identificationA government issued photo identification is valid for purposes of this chapter if the identification:
(2) expired within the previous six months; or(3) is expired and belongs to an individual who: (a) as reported by the individual's recommending medical provider is in hospice or has a terminal illness; or(b) is a patient or resident of:(i) an assisted living facility, as defined in Section 26B-2-201;(ii) a nursing care facility, as defined in Section 26B-2-201; or(iii) a general acute hospital, as defined in Section 26B-2-201.Added by Chapter 317, 2023 General Session ,§ 9, eff. 5/3/2023, technically renumbered for proper placement in Title and Chapter.
