Section 23A-5-320 - Failure to stop at roadblocks or checking stations unlawful(1) A person may not fail to stop at a division roadblock or checking station when a stop sign or red or blue light is displayed.(2) A person who violates this section is subject to the penalty provided in Section 23A-5-301.Renumbered from § 23-20-19 and amended by Chapter 103, 2023 General Session ,§ 142, eff. 7/1/2023.Amended by Chapter 60, 1975 General Session
