Section 23A-2-401 - Cooperative agreements and programs authorized(1) The division may enter into cooperative agreements and programs with other state agencies, federal agencies, states, educational institutions, municipalities, counties, corporations, organized clubs, landowners, associations, and individuals for purposes of wildlife conservation.(2) Cooperative agreements that are policy in nature shall be:(a) approved by the executive director; and(b) reviewed by the Wildlife Board.Renumbered from § 23-22-1 and amended by Chapter 103, 2023 General Session ,§ 25, eff. 7/1/2023.Amended by Chapter 297, 2011, 2011 General Session
