Section 23A-1-102 - Wildlife declared property of the state(1) Wildlife existing within this state, not held by private ownership and legally acquired, is the property of the state.(2) Fish released under private stocking become the property of the state and subject to the fishing regulations set forth in this title or a rule or proclamation of the Wildlife Board.Renumbered from § 23-13-3 and amended by Chapter 103, 2023 General Session ,§ 2, eff. 7/1/2023.Amended by Chapter 27, 1992 General Session
