Section 13-34-204 - Reporting material changes to registration statement(1) A postsecondary school shall notify the division in writing within 30 days of any material change to any information provided in a registration statement.(2) The division may require a postsecondary school to submit a new registration statement based upon a material change to the information provided in a registration statement.Added by Chapter 458, 2023 General Session ,§ 18, eff. 1/1/2024.
