Section 13-34-110 - Requirement to provide official transcript and diploma to a student(1) A postsecondary school shall provide an official transcript or diploma to a student within 60 days of receiving a request from the student or the student's authorized representative.(2) A postsecondary school may charge a reasonable fee to provide a transcript or diploma as described in Subsection (1).Amended by Chapter 458, 2023 General Session ,§ 11, eff. 1/1/2024.Amended by Chapter 360, 2014 General Session ,§ 5, eff. 5/13/2014.Amended by Chapter 221, 2011 General Session
