Section 13-32a-118 - Payment limitation for catalytic converter purchases(1) A catalytic converter purchaser, when making a catalytic converter purchase, may not pay the seller for the catalytic converter with cash or a gift card.(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a catalytic converter purchase in which the amount paid to the seller is under $100.Added by Chapter 201, 2022 General Session ,§ 23, eff. 5/4/2022.
