Section 6814 - Authorization of appropriations

(a) In general

There are authorized to be appropriated for each fiscal year such sums as are necessary to carry out this chapter.

(b) Administrative expenses

Funds appropriated under subsection (a) may not be used for the payment of the expenses or expenditures of the PromoFlor Council in administering a provision of an order.

PromoFlor Council: The term "PromoFlor Council" means the Fresh Cut Flowers and Fresh Cut Greens Promotion Council established under section 6804(b) of this title.
order: The term "order" means an order issued under this chapter (other than sections 6808, 6809, and 6811 of this title).
