Section 181 - Under Secretary for Science and Technology

There shall be in the Department a Directorate of Science and Technology headed by an Under Secretary for Science and Technology.

Department

The term "Department" means the Department of Homeland Security.

Secretary

The term "Secretary" means the Secretary of Homeland Security.
