CORRECTING LONG-STANDING MATERIAL WEAKNESSES Pub. L. 111-259, §368, 124 Stat. 2705, which provided that senior intelligence management officials be designated to correct long-standing, correctable material weaknesses of certain intelligence elements, was repealed by Pub. L. 116-92, §6726, 133 Stat. 2236.
