L. 97-35, title IX, §§961, 966(d), (e), Aug. 13, 1981, 95 Stat. 592, 595, which provided for programs of alcohol abuse and alcoholism prevention for government and other employees, was redesignated section 521 of the Public Health Service Act by Pub. L. 98-24, §2(b)(13), Apr. 26, 1983, 97 Stat. 181, and is classified to section 290dd-1 of this title.
